Dance and be fit!

What would life be like without exercise and dance? In our DANCE-FIT-AG young people learn to handle their everyday stress in a creative manner. Dancing is fun and results in inner harmony and develops self-confidence. It promotes motor skills and coordination and increases performance. Our course is open to everybody who wants to exercise. There is a mixture and there are experiments. Elements are picked and choreographed from various dance styles ranging from hip-hop to salsa and to jazz. The focus is on fun and active relaxation during the leisure time.
